which ones better and is there a better wep (i only like guns with really high magazines like these two)

i got everyone on the top of the list (captured) but i cant find any of the people that pay a lot (the bottom of the list) i dont know the names of any area, how hard is it to capture the guy that pays the most and wat r the weapons i need to capture him

Ok, I have a question. When your flying Ewan (Helicopter Pilot), how do you keep from being shot down? I haven't used the infinite health cheat, but, help?
