Ihave only done this on the plant chapter-it might work on the tanker also like shown in the opening video

In the plant chapter in strut f - go into the room with the node. There is an air duct that you can crawl into it will take you to the blocked off section of the room across the hall.

When Raiden first gets to the plant he will be in the water.Dive down as far as he can go and check all of the corners.And youll have some goggles.

Get out of the water at the beginning of the plant chapter and head over to the unopenable gate flip over the railing-flip over it-shimmy over-and flip back over the railing. It should be right there.

After defeating Olga head back but dont go back through the door you came through in the begining. You should pass a ladder climb all the way up. The goggles should be right there.

When you get to the bottom of the tanker and all of the marines are watching the projecters you can put all of them asleep. Use the m9 and make sure that you get a good headshot on all of them.

You can hold them up if you want, but they wont give up anything.
