The secert camo that is to be found by shooting all the ketotan frogs is the "steath Camo" but there is another way of obtaining this and this is not to get caught in the game and just in case you do get caught save the game while in "alert mode"and then reset the playstation its self.

At three points during the ending, you can hold R1 to look around in first person. It is not indicated that you can use R1 but it's there. There are some small hidden things that can only be seen this way.
