How do I solve the complaint for "water well"?


I'm on Stage 3 & this Onion farmer is complaining about how he doesn't have a well. Is this even possible to solve this complaint? If so, then HOW do I solve the complaint?

As of now, I'm guessing it's one of the few which can NOT be fixed. Please respond if you have any experience on this complaint. (P.S. Idk WHY I'm playing this dumb game, other than because it's addicting & I want to see the next stage...with Aliens...I hope!)

Ask all farmers for introductions--even if they can't give you a water well, they will
give you other farmers. Once those farmers are in town, ask THEM for a water well.
Eventually, you will get one--keep asking farmers, pest controllers, etc.
