Answer


You have to go to sannd village. Go to hidden sand's kage area. Find someone with red
point in the map. after that you leave the area and find someone to activate quest. Than
go to sand cave and defeat all bandits, then go back to someone that give you a missions
and defeat one bandits again. And
then you can go to heaven and earth bridge.
