pay close attention to naruto's icon and look at the fire build up and eventually,it will
show triangle and circle(that's when you press triangle and circle at the same time)

-first,look at naruto picture top left of ur screen.if u see naruto pic was flamed and the
triangle button+circle button appear on the screen,that the rite time to use 9 tailed
fox.press both of the button and naruto's fox will apeear in limited time..thats
all..enjoy ur game:-)

just fhit many enemys without dying until narutos picture is on flame and pres tringle +
circle

just press circleagain and again wiyhout pressing r1 or r2 (from nyco antonio and
judielle)

most of the other answers are mostly correct, but all you have to do is use the shadow
clone jutsu and have them hit the enemies a coulpe 100 times, anmd when triangle + circle
comes up, press them. it also works for lee and guy

just keep fighting enyone untill the red flames on narutos head(on left-topscreen) and
when u see the button triangle and circle up there press them together naruto should come
out as 1 talied naruto
