Well first you have to stay way back from it and attack the glowing globes on the steps. I
think there 5. Then you run around, staying away from the puppet. When the time is right
you use you clowns and clown and clowns to attack him and when its time to become nine
tailed fox you attack him your self or use your clowns by pushing the same button again
and again.

Wait for NARUTO to become the nine tailed fox.In the begening use Neji and than
Naruto.Shikamaru isnt much of a help so use him to revive Naruto with the medicines.Listen

lock on to it and when it does the dark attak run you got to hit the 4 orbs and that guys
right about the fox demon to k there and stay away from it when it yous it circile attack

there are spirit orbs on the steps and you have to knock them down. then when the master
puppet falls down you run at it and attack, then keep doing so until it transforms then
just annilate it!

In the first battle, you have to hit combos and then a cutscene will appear of shikamaru
and Neji coming for the rescue.

In the second battle, you have to run around and knock out all the orbs. Once there
knocked out, attack the master puppet.

In the third and final battle, the master puppet will show its true face. The first
attempt at killing it, it will heal itself to full health when damaged. Soon you will have
to destroy it. (i suggust to use naruto shadowclones until you have a full spirit bar,
then you the nine-tailed fox)

What everyone above said is correct but your q is how to fight the master puppet after
fighting naruto. After fighting naruto and you have to fight the master puppet, you will
not do any damage, no matter what you do ,so dont waste you chakra or anything just keep
punching him a little and you can use sakura's and kakashi's attack for time pass cause
they wont be used later so it wont matter if their chakra and life get over during this
short time , keep naruto for the actual fight with the master puppet after shikamaru and
neji appear, after attacking it for a while and not doing any damage, a cut scene will
come and then after that neji and shikamaru come and after that, do what everyone above
told you. A hint about those orbs - 1st hit the blue orb because it controls the master
puppets really strong attack which is a lighting attack, after that hit the yellow one
which controls the puppets close range attack wich does quite a bit of damage , after that
your safe cause the red and the green are all far range attacks to the red controls some
bombs it throws on the ground( dont step on them and you should be fine) then hit the
green orb.
