Both. the skill chip cost chakra and is weaker but easyer. The combo is hard to catch but
no chakra or ryo is required. Go to the shop, go to skill chips, and scroll till you find
sharingan. go to your skill plate, you will be on narutos plate. press R1 till you find
kakashi's sharingan plate then scroll in your chip box thingy, (I'm only 10)(It's to the
left) scroll down till you find sharingan, press X on it. Now put it any where you want

it needs no skill chip it is just normal just press triangle,square and triangle in battle
