When you enter the slam dunck contest to do the under the double under the legs trick you start a little bit over to the right push the circle button once then push it again then push the L1 ,modifier right before you jump, but once you jet in the air let go of the modifier about halfway through the trick and you'll do under the legs twice!!!!
