NCAA March Madness 2004 Cheats

This cheat only works if your down by 1 or 2 with under 10 seconds left
in the game. Get your 3pt shooter and take him to have court inside the
circle and hold X and push the joystick way from the goal (or in a short
way just shot a fade away) let go of X and your player will make the
shoot 9 out of 10 times

In order to face up the ball carrier, hold the Right Analog-stick Down. Your player will drop into an aggressive defensive stance. From here, you have full mobility with your player using the Left Analog-stick.

Make players and then go to Dynasty mode and submit them to the NBA Draft.
During off season go to leaving players.

Create a player and put all his attributes up to 99 overall, and place him on the sorriest team. Play the Dynasty mode and simulate every game and go to the covers of the magazines and press Up, Down, Left, Right, O, O, O and start.

As the opposite team is about to pass the ball, guard the person that you think they are going to pass it to and keep tapping Square. As soon as they pass the ball, your player will grab it.

Here is how you can submit your players to the NBA Draft. Make a player, and then go to Dynasty mode. Then diring off season go to leaving players.
