how do i save carmen?every time i try the cars after her get her wtf

tanay 52	0 I know Just go to a highway and outrun her then go to world-map and find where she is and go after her. YOU NEED TO BE FAST WHEN YOU ARE ABOUT TO HIT THEM so you can defeat them in one blow. There are 3 after her but you need to destroy 2 and the third one will give up.
