You must complete all events at the other part of the city(Jackson Heights,Beacon
Hill,City Core)including URL.Then you can unlock Coal Harbor(Note:Coal Harbor is divided
into two,East & West.You might need to do the same to unlock Coal Harbor West).

in the need for speed undergroud game there is nothing showing that there is to do like
the only thinbg is showing on the map is the perfomances and stuff to cutomize the car but
no races why is that

I can't go in coal harbor west and i did al races???

did you do all the special events?

I finshed all the races in jackson hights with my acura rsx but I did not make it to coal
harbor so I did descided to do the outruns but it did not freakin work.

If your stuck then do all the races on city centre,beacon hill and jackson heights and you
unlock coal harbor.Note you my need to do the same thing for city centre,beacon hill and
jakson heights.

If your stuck on jackson heights then do the photo then do the url race.After that you
unlock another car and get to coal harbor.And don't bothering asking me to say the same
thing that you can't make it to coal harbor west!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

you guys are game freaks and nerds and geeks

you have to press the down arrow when you are at the city core or something and then right
to you see a check list see how much stars you have to get on your car then go to a body
shop and a car spesialitis shop and get so much stars then you get a speshial event .
complete that and then you have coal harbor .

Wen u have dun all da racez in da coal harbor west and east U HAV 2 DO ALL DA RACES and
wen u hav and nothing happens go 2 a body shop and get all da fingz wiv a high vizual
rating den u will get a speshal event do dat den u wil get a race wid 10 laps (circuit) do
dat den it wil say congratulations u av completed da game and u wil unlok widebody kits
and everything else on custamize and Quik rase mode

u ****en can't unlock it because the game is cursed

where is the second race around jackson heights. i have already gone to where that big
gate is but i cant find it anywhere.

Im playing on PC, not PS2 but may be the same.

I had the same problem, have won all outruns that all oponent cars desappeared from the
map. I was alone with no more hidden race but still looking for any for over a week. So I
decided to buy a new car and made it with over 5.0 star (you know what I mean, buying
those stuff to make it more beautifull). Right after I left the shop I got a message
saying to take a new pic from my car, so a Start appeared on the map and I took a pic with
this new car (Mustang GT) so I was able to see a new URL race on the map, after I won that
race the Coal Harbor West Area was unlocked.

Before all that, I have gone thru
all races from Carrer menu under WORLD MAP. No sure if it was really needed, but it
worked.

So this is my current profile:
4 Cars - all having over 5.0 Star
Focus - Audi TT - 3000GT - Mustang GT


So making a long story short, buy a new car TUNNING it.

If you are stuck on stage 3 then heres a tip.
After you beated URL 06 do some races you havent done then check on your map and if you
see url then that's the key to unlock coal harbor east. But your going to do the same
thing for coal harbor west.

If your stuck on stage 4 then make your car 10 stars.

ive done all the races and all the outruns all i have to do is the secret races and i have
not got coal harbour yet

after you beat url 06 then then do the races that are left on the world map then do one
more race and check your world map and if there is url on your map then do it Note thats
URL 07 then you unlock coal harbor east and also unlock mitsubushi ecilpse,audi tt.

hi , now iam finish 50% fo the game and when i press "t" to know about my career statuse i
find the one URL race i cant found it . it is hidden . really i will goes crazy . please
someone tell me what can i make ? thanks

Dis game is really hard i cant beat it it hard i think i don all the racis but there
hidden this freaken game is hard somebody help im going crazy and crazy also crazy i have

you have to finish all races and urls and suv races all outruns and u have to havea
5.0star visual rating and beat all hidden races (look them up on google)

Tbh it's really easy, just go onto your career status.
Then just see if you need to get your car to six stars
Get it to SIX stars, then the Special Event & URL Race will be unlocked beat them both &
you unlock "Coal Harbour West" !! Byee

dude buy an suv like a hummer h2 or summin and do them

go to www.gamewiners.com and it should be there in the cheats section.

u need a higher visual rating like a 5 star and then there probally b a special event do
all of em and then u unloack coal harbour west

you have to win all the events INCLUDING SUVs, so you have to buy an escalade, hummer2 or
a navigator...your choice my 2cents...

i got a phone coal saying that there is an accident in the coal harbor east bit i cant
find it. there are no oher races on da map
