Just race in more events and stuff then you should get it.

game is a waste not user friendly and you dont know where to go, you just drive around
like a ***. worse version put there compared to the rest

hav u done all the outruns?
i'v finshed the game before and i didn't get all the parts like i finshed is in 1 of the
starter cars. and i did like all the outruns they ar easy and if u stay in a starter car
and don't upgrade, they don't upgrade ether. so if u got a starter car race with it no
upgrades and easy cash.

i finished all the races but i cant open the last town and ther are a many cars i don't
open it ( i am from esrail mother ****er's please answer to my question tpu sunoffullpich

you go to the garage and world map then finish the uncomplete racings and there you
go,.,,i only finish 90 % of the game I finish the uncomplete races but there''s no other
races anymore
