it means you need to report ratiles car to the car lot so then you can get one and keep it
so then you can sart the game.

What the hell makes no sense what is ratiles give me an answer i need an honest answers

At the beginning of the game your in RACHELLE'S car (Not "Ratiles") once you have
completed all 3 races and beaten the street racers you need to go to the car lot on your
mini map and return Rachelle's car to pick your own. Hope that helps

you get her car and follow the arrow to the car lot there is a big blue light when you get
there go into the blue light and then choose enter the car lot, then you will enter and
there will be cars to choose from as your car, pick the 240sx its the best all around car
avalible.

but the thing is i traded in rachels car in stage 2 already and i don't have it anymore,
what do i do ? :(( :(
