Prince of Persia: Warrior Within Cheats

Use the scorpion sword to break through the wall near the life upgrade in the throne and the mask of the game.

To get the library life upgrade whilst in sandwraith mode one must first get to the point where the Dahaka breaks through the wall. You then climb up onto the rafters like would normally and you should see a broken pillar somewhere on the Dahaka's right side (your left). Drop down onto this and you should end up right in front of the Dahaka. As long as you do not touch the Dahaka he will not hurt you. Now, you simply jump right across the gap in the floor and you should cling onto the next ledge which the Dahaka prevented you from. You then continue to proceed upwards and across to the balcony ledges. However, coming back, you need to be careful. It may appear that the Dahaka has disappeared but in reality he is still there so do NOT try to walk in through the hole but go back up onto the rafters and continue on like normal. Deviating from this path and going out the normal library exit may cause game ending glitches.

u can reach all the upgrade pedestrals by any order not by the same order of the first the second the third u can do it by the second the third the first and so on

u can reach a life uprade pedestral as the sand wraith (some people say no but they are liers)

when u are sand wraith and in the library dahaka tries to find u don't climb up the ledges and drop until the last one and go to the place where dahaka is standing
he won't notice that u are there so don't worry

then make ur way through the library and dahaka will finnaly sense ur presence

Using a weapon that can smash walls,break through the wall at the bottom of the switch-activated trap door in the Mystic Caves to find this unbreakable blade on a weapons rack

During Playing

While playing pause game and press o,o,o,o,square,up,down,o.
You will hear the prince saying something in a foreign language.

One of the miscellaneous secondary weapons is the teddy bear. Locate it
after earning the Scorpion Sword in the clock (west) tower. There are
three encounters with a giant golem enemy in the clock tower when you
initially go through it; the first is before you start negotiating the
vertical climbing of the tower (past); the second is atop the clock
tower (past); the third is is stationary and throws exploding monsters
in the clock tower's second area (past).

Look for the room where the second giant golem enemy is. You will need
to be in the present (so find a time portal) and drop into the
water-filled dead end past the golem's room. Break the wall and retrieve
the teddy bear.

The teddy bear is almost unbreakable and does almost no damage, but has
the ability to restore lost life to the Prince with each successful blow
on an enemy.

Hint: Life Upgrade Pedestals
Upgrade Pedestal 1: The first upgrade pedestal is right after you beat Shahdee. Walk up the stairs and you will see a tall altar. Pull it back to open a secret doorway behind it. Follow it throw avoiding the traps to obtain the first life upgrade.
Upgrade Pedestal 2 (Past): The second upgrade pedestal is in the area where you first fight the Crow Master. Make your way up the area to the stairway. You'll see a small metal grate. At the bottom of the stores to the left there are some barrels and a switch. Hit the switch, slow down time and make your way to the grate, roll under it. Go through avoiding traps to get the second life upgrade.
Upgrade Pedestal 3: When you reach the central hall after obtaining the serpent sword turn the turnstile lever so that it faces the doorway with the save point fountain. Facing the opposite doorway walk foreword and to the right, you'll see a ledge. Drop down and wall jump back and forth to make your way slowly down. Once you get down, drop down to the ledge below and wall run and jump off at the end and jump side to side to make your way up. Wall run again and at the end wall jump from side to side to make your way down to a ledge. Make your way to the doorway go through and avoid the traps for the third upgrade pedestal.
Upgrade Pedestal 4:When in the Mechanical tower you will eventually reach a Thrall who is throwing spike beasts. Get him to blow up the left wall (Your left when facing the Thrall) Walk throw and avoid traps to get the fourth upgrade pedestal
Upgrade Pedestal 5: When you get to the Garden in which you see the whole breathtaking scene make your way up to where you fight Silhouettes and Keepers. Walk to the left to find a ledge where the fence doesn't continue, drop down, move, drop down and wall run to make your way to the doorway across the gap. Walk in, make your way through avoiding traps to find the fifth upgrade pedestal.
Upgrade Pedestal 6: Once you turn on the water in Garden works via turnstile, wall run up the wall behind it, walk in make your way through avoiding
Upgrade Pedestal 7: In the Prison area after you beat Thrall and make your way up. Make your way to the end of the left side and break a wall, you'll see a door. Head to the right side and midway throw you'll see another cracked wall. Break it hit the switch slow down time and make your way to the first wall you broke head throw and avoiding traps to find the sevenths life upgrade... 

1 (Past): After fighting the girl in black a second time, pull the large altar on ground level of the sacrificial chamber to reveal a secret door. Go through the trapped hallway and get the first Life Upgrade.
2 (Past): This is done after Slow Time is earned. From the room where the Prince has an intermission sequence with the maggot man creature, go into the large courtyard-like room with a timed floor switch next to some stairs. This switch opens a low gate at the top of the same set of stairs. Go through that trapped hallway for the second Life Upgrade. Note: To obtain the second Life Upgrade without getting the power that slows time, you must find the switch behind the barrels. Press the switch and wall ride up the wall, instead of running up the stairs roll. If done correctly, you should make it a moment before the door closes.
3 (Past): This is done after the Serpent Sword is earned. Rotate the turnstile switch directly opposite the facing of the metal nub where the Serpent Sword was used to create platforms to a door at the bottom of the chasm. Use long wall jumping to slow the Prince's descent down to the level of the door. Past that door is a trapped hallway that leads to the third Life Upgrade.
4 (Past): When exploring the Garden Tower, look for a room that is overgrown with vegetation and is directly below a box and folding bridge puzzle. It is in the same vicinity as the first switch that turns on the water for the Garden Tower. A break in the fencing allows the Prince to drop off and use ledges to access a door underneath the overgrown vegetation room. The fourth Life Upgrade is past that trapped hallway.
5 (Past): When exploring the Garden Tower's second water puzzle, ledge up after turning on the water (but before exiting the room with the turn switch) for the fifth Life Upgrade.
6 (Past): When exploring the Clock Tower, look the giant Golem enemy that throws explosives. One breakable wall is a save point, but there is a second breakable wall on the other end of the room leads to the sixth Life Upgrade.
7 (Past): After gaining the Scorpion Sword and a particularly tough giant Golem encounter, a ladder leads the Prince to a Roman courtyard room. Two breakable walls are here -- one has a switch, and the other has the door which requires Slow Time to access. The seventh Life Upgrade is past that door.
8 (Past): After entering the Library, the Prince will need to pull out two bookcases to continue his progress. Look for two... 

Alternate ending:
To view an alternate ending successfully complete the game with all nine Life upgrades.
Defeating The Empress Of Time:
When battling the Empress of Time for the final time avoid all her attacks and do not let her get near the girl in red.
When the Empress of Time has little of her life remaining keep blocking and press Triangle or Square and you will defeat her.

I am not quite sure how i did it, but I think you need to stay in the title screen for around five minutes and dont press anything once you turn on your console. (xbox)
