To get any stats for any certain player go into the edit mode and go to edit player. Choose a specific player to edit then go to basic skills and change his stats to whatever you want. You can also change his special abilities (just below basic stats) and make him able to do things others can't.

When you are doing a cup, remove your memory card and do the cup. When you
have won the cup, you will get a lot of money. Then, go to the shop and buy
anything. When you have selected what you want to buy, insert your memory card
again and save what you have bought. The cup that you won will not be saved.
Restart the game and the cup you have just won will be gone, but the item that you
bought will still be there. Do the cup again and to get a lot of money again.

Go to edit mode. Go to registration player, then select the team that has the player first. Next, click on the player that you want to move. Another half screen will appear with the team names on it. Select the team, and when you play a match with them he will be there.

Trevor's voice
Load up the game and press any button at the title screen. Leave the game on the main menu for a few minutes until it goes back to the intro sequence. Watch or skip the intro to go back to the main title screen again. Trevor Brooking should now say Pro Evolution Soccer 4 instead of Peter Brackly.

Trying to find Rio Ferdinand, Wright-Phillips or any of your other
favorite England players on the England team, and their not there? Its
because they are not registered. To register a player, Eg. Ferdinand, go
to 'Edit Mode', go to 'Register player' then select England. Choose the
player that you wish to swap Ferdinand for (personally, I would choose
Mills or Southgate) and highlight them. On the right you will be given a
list of all the other players on the game that are English. Click on
Ferdinand and he's in.
