To change the options of both 9-balls, 8-ball, rotation, and straight
pool, beat all the players in normal-rank

At the title screen, press Up, Triangle, Down, X, Left, Square, Right, Circle. If you entered the code correctly, you will hear a sound. Set the "Guideline Detail" to "High". The object ball will have a red line coming from it, while the cue ball's path will still be displayed in white.
