Hints - insomniac museum

first either stay up until approxamatley 3:05am or set your ps2 time to it.then whenm you have done that go to metropolis and go through until you come to a place with windows on either side one of them is secret p.s anyone with the map-o-matic would know that.anyway check both of them and the right one you will see some stairs and a little gap that you can easily jump over. when you jump over you may aswell just get the titanium bolt then go back and turn left note it might be right due to camera angle.
smash the window and you will see a teleporter press triangle and you will go to the insomniac museum there is heaps of fun stuff there enjoy!.
