You will need:
1. The plasma shield (I think its that)
2. All The weapons
3. All of them need to be upgraded (well.. for this)
4. A high nanotech level (at least 99.)
5. Guts.....
How to defeat him:
1. You will start of by jumping of your ship and having to dodge missiles. Dodge at least
99% of them otherwise...
ur stuffed!
2. Once ur there you need to turn on you plasma shield thingys and dodge 97% or more of
his attacks while hurting him.
3. Fight until a video of him on his knees shows up....
.... SKIP IT.
4. You will see him fly away in a big bubble thing like a poofta.
Go out and defeat all the enemys. He will start firing these purple laser things at you.
There is a big rock to the left by some ammo and some health, go to it. On the rock there
is a little hole that you can hide in, HIDE IN IT!
5. Stay there with a powerful weapon Just shooting at the enemys.
6. When they are dead walk towards Neferious and he will fly away.
7. Follow him while defeating all the big meaner bad guys.
8. You will come to a part when the army rangers come shoot the meaners that their
shooting.
9. Go into the field that Neferious is in and turn on ur plasma shield things.
10. Fight him until he dies.
11. If  u die:
