In order to do this you need 10 skill points. Once you have gotten them go into the pause menu, go into the specials menu, then go into cheats and turn on "clank has a, big noggin".
Then go to a spot where you can turn into Giant Clank and do it and when you get to the moon or wherever you will be a small version of Giant Clank.
