Use the wrench on the big crab things (you can use your lancer if you want but dont waste ammo on your other weapons)i suggest using the overhead strike{X+Square} and make sure to try to make them fly into the yellow glop. then when you face the tentacle boss, throw all the gravity bombs at his eye then throw the sawblade things at him [they work really well] to finish him off
