get the medicine the same one from the beginning from the guy n return to him n there will b a lil clip but u will trade him for ur lighter for the lockpik

well i fergot how to get the hemostatic medicine but when u get it which is e z go bak 2
prison go past the 3 first set of zombies dont waste bulets then kill the next three (u
cant p*** them without gettin eaten other ones u can)then go into ur prison cell u will
giv him ur bros lighter then he wil thank an giv u lockpick.use it on the breifcase aftr u
press x when examining it then u will get 10 bow gun powder which i think u need to kill
thw worm fastr i duno ive treid shot 2 of em then got kild im stuck on that part wit no
food and red caution i need a fastr way of killing him!

2 get the hemostatic medicine go through the game until the part where alfred locks U in
and talks 2 U on the radio then enter the room on the rite then U'll see the hemostatic
medicine sitting one of the couches then continue through until the part where steve kills
his zombie father then go back to the cell where U were saved by the man with the
hemostatic medicine and equip the lighter while U go in or the scene won't happen then U
see that U gave him the hemostatic medicine and the lighter and he gives U a lockpick.
