Some NPC's are a bit... different.
Some NPC's like Bob, Hursh, Andy, Mr. Black and Mr. Red start off with 'Danger' health.
Mr. Gold and (I think) Mr. Green are faster.
Mr. Black, Mr. Red, Elliot, and Marvin are slower than usual.
The Mr. Colours and Ms. Colours start with NOTHING.
Mr. Blue and Mr. Red is weaker than usual.
The Raccon Citizens start with medical supplies.
