you have to get the syringe and kill all three little plants,then it weakens,you fight it ,I used the 45.auto and I killed it get out before the place callapsed and you will beat the level,get an A rating and get 2,560 points but only with a 100 % comm.ratio.I'm only 10 and it took 6 hours to get all levels 100% completion ratio
