Use the tinkerswitch to turn off the fans on the ledge to the east.

NOTE: You need to keep the button or key to use the switch held down
until the switch is finished turning, a yellow meter on the switch
will fill up in a clockwise direction as you turn the switch. If you
release it to soon, it resets and you'll have to start over.

you need to go to the east keep pushin down the triangle button to turn them off
