what do u do when go into the desert after the priest dies because its blocking my may to go farther in the desert

Walk through the desert everywhere and you should come across three people who ask you questions... If you answer the question correctly and give the larv woman her dead husbands money you then can go through the sandstorm to a town know as Johannesburg
