When you get on his right (second) hand, climb near his thumb. when he raises his hand
(thumb pointing towards the sky). Jump onto the little ledge in front of his face. It may
seem like it's too far, and it might take a few tries, but keep trying and you'll get it
eventually. :)

When you get on his second hand get on the back of his hand then stab him real hard then
he will use his first hand to grab his second hand (you know becouse it hurts)so he will
stop moving for a sec then take out your bow and shoot at his solder and then he will go
and grab his solder and then jump on his solder and then climb to his head and all you
have to do now is stab away.(:
