You get the cross, pentagon, and hexagon spreads after you fight shadow Teddie. Yuo fight
him after you fight a little bit of shadow Rise. Rise is not weak against anything, but if
you use bufu attacks, Teddie drains the damage and gains health. He is very tough, but i
think it might be a little easy, depending on your strongest persona.
