the lines on the wall next to the clock show were the hands are supposed to go. the long one is for seconds, the next shortest one is for minetes, the shortest one is for the hour.

it should be 9:07:15. the second hand doesnt move so you dont have to worry aobut it.
after you move the clock theres a p***age to the rooms you cant get to. but be careful the
darkness is in that room if i remember correctly.
