just get 98 and kiss

(Bustin' out Mode) What you have to do is marrie someone from any of the free streets kiss
a few times and than you'll ask "Do you want to have a baby?". (Freeplay) Of corse you
mack your people have them to get to know each other and use kiss once or twice and then
you'll ask "Do you want to have a baby?". This is the right way! ;)

i dont think there is a code but who cares all you do is get a lover relationship with
someone kiss them about 5 times then itll ask you 'do you want to have a baby' and you say
yes and tadaaaa you become pregnant i think hahaha!!!!!!!
