 It said "Congratulation s, you unlocked Raul for multiplayer mode" after I finished all the S's and M's. But there is no multiplayer option! How do you get Raul?

 i am stuck after the mission in the factory at the swampwood.where do i go now?there is no big red 'm' button,which means the mission.so i kept on searching,but i only found the orange button with a big letter 'Q' in it.but it is only for talking with madam bevousky.so i skip it,because its weird.what do i do now?can somebody help me?please?

 Ive beaten this part before but i forgot what to do afterwards. There's only side missions left and i keep doing them but nothings happening. I did one cross countrey race, and nothing i only got feathers as my reward. So what DO I DO !?
