You have to enter these codes at the options:jukebox screen,to enter each code you must press the c button at each corresponding number.

XXXXXX - Cancel all codes
MUSEUM - Fight only bosses
ILOVEU - Level Select
SUPER - Super Hard Mode
DOFEEL - Time Attack
MAGURO - Tone Deaf Sounds
MIEMIE - True Sight

On the "Press start" screen, press A, B, right, B, X, Up, Down, B.
The game should then go to the next screen automatically. When you start
game play the level select screen should show.

(Level Select)
Up,Down,Left,Right then hold Square and press Start.
(Debug Mode)
Circle,Up,Circle,Down,Circle,Left,Circle,Right then hold Square and press Start.
In Gameplay press:
X to turn into a item.
Square to change item when an item.
Circle to drop item when an item.
When Gameplay is paused press:
X for slowmotion.
Square to reset game.
Circle to advance frame.
And while in debug mode Sonic is invincible.
