Easter Egg - Board:fastest, repair manual?

Here is where to find! WARNING! this is NOT easy!!! you'll got to complete heroes story
to unlock storm missions,then go to babylon garden, select mission 3(i think) you'll got to find a secret rail,grind it AND finish whitin the time limit.
