how do i grind?


i have tried 2 grind and i have succeded a couple times but idk what i did. i also lost the little book thing that came with it. So idk what 2 do and i really need 2 know how 2 grind for the sand level on the bablyon story mode.

i now only need 2 know how 2 grind 4...


the missons in sonic ridersi have completed all of storms missions except for the grinding
ones and i have started waves missions.

one more ? how do i unlock the treasures in mission i have the heavy boeard and its manuel
but i have either the board or the reapair manuel 4 the other 3 i have treasure ab 's
board and d's repair mauel
