how do u unlock super sonic i heard if u get him and u fall u can restart with 30 rings

you can

just beat all of the missions including jets missions with all gold and you will unlock
the chaos emerald then you choose sonic as your character and choose the chaos emerald as
your board and bingo you are super sonic
