I take it you mean nightmares one. You unlock it by clearing chronical 15 or 16

i bought alls weapons of nightmare and then y played with nigthmare in tales of soul and

i'm on Chronicle 18 as it stands, and i've bought all of nightmare's weapons and only have
Cocoon, unless cocoon is the best one he has, which i highly doubt.
