I don't know. But I know how you find out how. Go to Crocodile swamp. Then try and find
the Elder dragon there. Then you gain the ability of spin on the log. But just to tell
you.... finding him, and getting to him is really hard!

you don`t spin on any logs. you tail spin on them.
