Everything I've read says to head bash the second button on Luau Island to open the gate. How do you head bash it? I've tried charging it from every direction, even from above, and nothing happens.

I have found on the dragonflies but 1. It is the 9th dragonfly on the atlas.

after i beat the thunder cloud attack i was supposed to get Takehiro-dragonfly 43, but i never did even though i beat the thunder clouds, is that a glitch or did i miss something?
