Street Fighter EX 3 Cheats

To have Sakura as a narrator successfully complete the game and
receive all Bronze Medals. You can also beat the game on any difficulty
setting with Sakura eight times without continuing. Then highlight
Sakura and press select. You should hear her laugh. She will now be
the narrator!

These combos can only be performed with certain combinations of characters. They require a Tag Gauge and a level 3 Super Combo Gauge. Here are some of the characters combinations with their moves. The commands are listed assuming the characters are facing to the right.
Tag Team: Zangief and Darun Mister

Play as Garuda -
At the Main menu screen select Arcade and press the following:

The pause screen of Mania mode is the only place this option will appear.

Fight through the game with any street fighter (original mode) without anyone joining your team. The last level will be darker.
