Successfully complete arcade mode and the subsequent bonus match on the easy difficulty setting to unlock Vexx and Burnout 2 commercials.

If you complete arcade mode and the extra bonus match with the difficulty setting on easy you will unlock these two commercials.

To Unlock Tina, complete all of the training missions. She will then appear on your roster.
