There are a few methods I've read elsewhere. It often depends on the traffic. If you get a lot of traffic, you're good...If not, you'll have to just try again. I use the "corkscrew" combo. It'll take out several vehicles with a single use. It also will give you "ultra" or "super" combo for more points.
