Tak 2: The Staff of Dreams Requests

I'm in the Wonderlands, where you turn into a bull than you turn into a frog, and than a squirrel, going thru the tunnels with lava, I can get to 2nd tunnel but after bear slides down he uses all the life, does anyone know how to get thru these tunnels with lava, my squirrel can't make it thru 2nd tunnel, jiboba said maybe we can cut them off at the path what path?

I'm in Gyre Mountain, and I can't get enough strength to glide across the gap to the other side, does anyone have any idea's, or do you go that way, my squirrel won't go high enough on the otherside to get above the heat to throw je to the other side.

I'm in the Woody Arena, I am stuck, all you can do is jump on the frog pads hanging in the air, and the little square things you bounce to another frog pad, but how do I get down, there is no way, is there a secret, I'm trying to get the tiki back that was stolen, any hints
