Terminator 3: The Redemption Cheats

The cheat options are unlocked for every 10,000 points scored in the game. Successfully complete the game to unlock all of the following cheat options:

Invincibility:
To unlock the 'Invincibility' cheat option select the 'Credits' option at the Main menu then press Circle, R2, Triangle.
All Upgrades:
To unlock the 'All Upgrades'cheat option select the 'Credits' option at the Main menu then press Circle, Triangle, L1.
Level select:
To unlock the the 'Level Select' cheat option Select the 'Credits' option at the Main menu then press Circle, R2, Triangle.
Cheat mode:
For every 10,000 points scored in the game the cheat options are unlocked. To unlock all of the following cheat options successfully complete the game.
Instant Death
Invincibility
Permavision (infinite scan vision)
Deathstare (automatically kill anything targeted)
Slo-motion
All upgrades
SGT. Candy Movie
Concept Art 1
Concept Art 2
Concept Art 3

Input these during the Credits Movie in the Main Menu section

Invincible Mode - Circle + R2 + R1
Upgrades - Circle + Triangle + L1
Unlock Levels - Circle + R2 + Triangle

Input these during the Credits Movie in the Main Menu section
Invincible Mode: Circle + R2 + R1
Upgrades: Circle + Triangle + L1
Unlock Levels: Circle + R2 + Triangle

Go to the main menu and pick the
"Credits Movie" option and press R1 + R2 + Circle during the movie. 
This cheat will now be unlocked
