The way to get one of the cars is in the Monte Carlo races, when you
beat all the races you'll get several cars but the best one is the
(Jaguar XJ220). It has a V6,it's top speed is 218 MPH, and goes 0-60
MPH = 3.8 Seconds.
  The Second car is the (2001 Dodge Concept Viper GTS-R). It has
a V10, top speed is 235 MPH, and goes 0-60 MPH = 3.0 Seconds. At the
end of the game you will play a guy named (Vasily) he has this car,
but when you win the car, clark takes everything and challenges you to
4 (point 2 point) to races in all 4 cities. If you win you get all the
Cars you won, to keep!!!!!!!!  

Try using the following custom color combinations:

Unlock everything:
Press Left(2), Right, Square, Up, L2(2), R1 at the main menu.
All cars and tracks:
Press Right(2), Left, Square, Up, L2(2), R1 at the main menu.
Bonus cars:
Select the San Francisco Drag Race and use the Dodge Concept Viper to set a new time record. Then, enter SOUNDMAX as a name at the high score screen. The Jaguar XK-R "SoundMAX SPX", Jaguar XK-R "Analog Devices", and the Aston Martin DB7 "SoundMAX SPX" will be unlocked.
G4 TV car:
Select the San Francisco Drag Race and set a new time record. Then, enter PLWCBF as a name at the high score screen. The G4 TV Viper will now be unlocked.
Alternate replay views:
Press Select during replays to change the camera effects.
Ending bonuses:
Win all races in story mode to unlock the San Francisco tracks in single race and cop chase modes, as well as the Chevrolet Corvette L-88, Jaguar XK-R, Lotus Espirit V8, and Lotus Elise.

On the Main Menu screen press: L, L, R, SQUARE, U, L2, L2, R1.

Win all Monte Carlo races in Story mode to unlock the Monte Carlo tracks in Single Race and Cop Chase. You'll also unlock the Aston Martin DB7 Vantage, Chevrolet Corvette Z06, TVR Cebera Speed 12, and Ford SVT Mustang Cobra R.
