To get a promotion, you have to get a job! you can use a computer or newspaper to do so. once you have a job,press left to see if all your wants and needs are full (or green). If they are full or green when your carpool gets to the location your in, its possible to get a promotion. Keep this up and you'll be working up a storm. good luck!
