GAME INTRO [TC1]

Lukano, one of the most beautiful countries on the Mediterranean coast. And
A small peaceful island, Astigos...
-A tank runs over a car-
[INVASION]
This morning the Zagorias Federation, one of the Mediterranean coastal
nations, launched a unilateral military offensive against Astigos Island, a
territory of the nation of Lukano which has been seeking independence. Despite
protests from various nations, the Zagorian forces continue their invasion of
Astigos, and sources believe it is only a matter of time before the island is
completely occupied
[INFILTRATION]
VSSE has learned that the Zagaorias army has deployed tactical missiles on
Astigos Island. That will be a threat not only to Lukano, but to the
surrounding nations as well, 2 of their best agents were sent in to remove
this threat.

SOLDIER 1:
What do you think you're doing here! This is a restricted area!
-Alan and Wesley run inside their boat-
SOLDIER 2: Stop right there!
-The Soldiers follow them in, but all they find is a bomb-
BOMB:
*Blinks "BYE!"*
SOLDIER 2:
(Oh my God!)
-The boat explodes-
-Alan and Wesley made their way to Lukano Island-
-Game begins-
-After Area 1 is cleared-
ALAN:
Seems to be a wrecked ship...
WESLEY:
Yeah...
ALAN:
Uh-Oh! Over there!
-More Soldiers appear on jeeps-
-Area 2 begins-
-The wrecked ship starts to shake-
-There is a plane outside above the ship-
-A huge man in the plane appears-
NAMELESS BOSS 1:
(Ha ha ha ha) Like sheep to the slaughter...
-He drops a couple of bombs on the ship-
ALAN:
(Whoa!)
WESLEY:
(Huh?)
-Area 2 resumes-
-After Area 2 is cleared-
-Alan and Wesley find an escape path out of the ship-
-A huge appears-
NAMELESS BOSS 1:  You're finished!
-A woman in a jeep appears below them-
???:
Jump! Hurry! There's no time, come on!
NAMELESS BOSS 1:
Say good bye!
-Missiles are fired from the plane-
-Alan and Wesley jumps into the jeep safely-
-The woman drives off-

He's on our tail!
-Alan and Wesley aim their guns ready-
-Area 3 begins-
-After you killed the boss-
NAMELESS BOSS 1:
(Arrrgggghh!) *echo effect*
-The plane explodes-
-Stage 1 cleared-

My name is Alicia, I'm with the Lukano Liberation Army, and
you two must be...Alan and Wesley from the VSSE.
ALAN:
Are you working alone? You're out of your mind.
ALICIA:
My brother...I mean our men were captured by the Zagorias
army...While carrying out a mission to destroy the tactical missiles.
WESLEY:
I see, so they're using the hostages...as bait to force the
resistance to surrender, right?
ALICIA:
Yes, but that will never happen
WESLEY:
And so you came all the way by yourself to rescue your brother.
-Alicia nods-
-They make their way to a town-

STAGE 2 [TC3]
=============
ALICIA:
The tactical missiles are hidden on the military facility located
at the summit of this mountain. We'll need to use the railway on the far
side of this town. It's been used for supply transportation and it will be
our only route to the facility.
-An RPG is fired hits a building right in front of them-
-Alicia, Alan, and Wesley dodge the debris of the rubbles-
-Soldiers appears in jeeps and are firing on them-
ALAN:
We'd better split up. We'll meet at the station up ahead!
ALICIA:
The train leaves at 15:00. Don't be late!
-Area 1 begins-
-After Area 1 is cleared-
-Alan and Wesley are walking by a river-
WESLEY:
Are you sure we're heading the right way?
ALAN:
Actually, I was just following you...
WESLEY:
Wha...
-A bullet hits the ground by their feet-
ALAN:
Well, guess we came to the right place.
-Area 2 begins-
-After Area 2 is cleared-
-A scene with the train beginning to move-
ALAN:
Alicia...she didn't make it!
WESLEY:
You sure about that?
ALICIA:
Alan! Wesley!
WESLEY:
C'mon hurry!
-Alicia runs after the train and jumps on the last cargo-
-Someone is watching them-
NAMELESS BOSS 2:
(Ha ha ha ha)
-The Nameless boss signals to his men below-
-Area 3 begins-
-The boss is sporting claws, he destroys section of the train-
-Boss battle-
-After defeating the boss, he and the rest of the train falls to the river
below-
-After Stage 2 is cleared-
ALICIA:
Alan! Wesley!
Wesley:
Alicia! Are you all right?
ALICIA:
Yeah, I'm fine. But...guess we're on foot from here...

STAGE 3 [TC4]
=============
-Alicia, Alan, and Wesley made it to the military base-
-They are in an outpost viewing the base from the top-
ALICIA:
Daniel!
WESLEY:
That's your brother?
ZOTT:
The rebels are still refusing to surrender. Maybe your death will
teach them a lesson.
DANIEL:
It won't do you any good...
ZOTT:
Don't worry. If they don't surrender, I have another option in mind.
-Zott is talking about the tactical missiles-
-Zott hits Daniel with the butt of his gun-
ALICIA:
Daniel!!
WESLEY:
Wait!
-Wesley holds Alicia hold-
WESLEY:
We'll take care of the enemy troops. You go and rescue your brother, OK?
-Alicia nods-
ALAN: Ready to make some noise?
WESLEY:
Oh yeah!
-Area 1 begins-
WESLEY:
(Whoa!)
WILD DOG:
Surprise, surprise.
WESLEY:
Wild Dog?!
ALAN: Don't you ever die?!
WILD DOG:
(Ha ha ha ha)
-Wild Dog removes his coat-
-A crate flies at Alan and Wesley-
ALAN:
(Whoa!) What the...
Wild Fang:
Allow me to introduce myself...My name is Wild Fang, and it's a pleasure to
meet...YOU!
-He kicks another crate at them-
-Game resumes-
WILD DOG:
Beaten by a couple of young punks...
-He detonates a bomb behind Alan and Wesley-
-After Area 1 is cleared
-Alan and Wesley made their way to Daniel-
-Zott appears-
ZOTT:
Hold it right there! Looking for him? Drop your weapons! (Ha ha ha)
-Points his gun at Daniel-
-Just when Zott is about to pull the trigger Alicia shot the gun out of
Zott's hand with a sniper rifle-
-Zott kicks Daniel down and runs off-
WESLEY:
Alicia! We're going after him. Take care of your brother!
-Area 2 begins-
-After Area 2 is cleared-
-Zott is still running and shoots a control panel to close a door behind him-
-Alan and Wesley slide under the closing door and makes it-
-Many of Zott's soldiers drew their rifles at Alan and Wesley-
ZOTT:
(Heh heh heh)
-Zott continues off-
SOLDIER 3:
You're toast!
-Guns are fired at the soldiers-
-Daniel, Alicia, and another unit made their way to rescue them-
WESLEY:
Alicia! Zott's headed for the missile controls. We gotta stop him!
ALICIA:
All right! We'll take care of things here!
WESLEY:
Thanks!
-They follow Zott to the control room and the missiles stand before them-
ZOTT:
Too late my friends. These missiles are all targeted for Lukano and ready
for launch.
ALAN:
What?!
ZOTT:
I should've gotten rid of that pesky country a long time ago.
-All 4 missiles are ready for launch-
ZOTT:
And now...Time to get rid of you both!
-Area 3 begins-
-After defeating Zott and clearing stage 3-
ZOTT:
It's too late...No one can stop the missiles now.
ALAN:
What!
-The missiles take off
WESLEY:
Alan! Over there!
-Alan and Wesley grab the RPG used by Zott and fire and the remaining roof
of the control room so the missiles doesn't leave the room-
-From a distance, Daniel, Alicia, and their unit can see the control room
exploding-
-Daniel places his hand on Alicia's shoulder-
-Credits roll, but you can still see the scene-
-Two figures are walking out of the destroyed building-
-Alicia runs half way and stops, then hugs the both men-
-Alan and Wesley are on a boat setting off away from Lukano-
ALAN:
Well the rest is up to them.
WESLEY:
Yeah, they'll be fine.

RESCUE MISSION

BACKGROUND [TC5]
================
The struggle for independence and sovereignty is nothing new for the small
nation of Lukano, which once again struggles against the annexation efforts
of the Zagorian Federation.
Fed up with the opposition mounted by the Lukanoans, the Federation resorts to
hardline tactics starting with the deployment of paratroopers to the neutral
territory of Astigos Island. The Lukano Liberation Force made a valiant
effort, but were ultimately driven back by the better equipped invaders who
then occupied the entire territory.
While planning out their counterstrike operations, the Lukano Liberation Force
discovers that the Federation has placed tactical missiles in the occupied
territory in order to investigate and destroy these missiles, the Lukano
Liberation Force dispatches a key member Daniel Winston who is well versed in
this type of operation. However, Daniel and his troops are somehow ambushed and
taken hostage by Zagorian troops.
The Zagorian Federation calls upon the Lukano Liberation Force to
capitulate... in exchange for the lives of those hostages.
Faced with a choice between Scylla and Charybodia, Alicia Winston opts to
infiltrate Astigos in order to rescue her brother, and investigate further on
her own.

STAGE 1 [TC6]

[EuroFlash]
REPORTER:
Good evening. It's time for the Ten o' clock news. First, an update on the
Mediterranean crisis. It has been three months since...the Zagorias
Federation launched an invasion of Astigos Island, a territory of neighboring
nation of Lukano. Despite heavy resistance from Lukano Liberation Force, the
Zagorias army has already seized 80% of the island, and according to sources
on Astigos, they are preparing to use this site...as a strategic base to
advance onto Lukano. The United Nations is currently reviewing...the
possibility of deploying a multinational military force. The complex political
interests lying in this region have been hindering negotiations. Reports
indicates that it will be a matter of time before the entire nation...of
Lukano world come under Zagorian control. In other breaking news, the
Zagorian army has announced today that they have captured...the Lukano
Liberation Force's leader Daniel Winston...and second in command Jake
Hernadez, along with several Lukano soldiers, and have called for a
negotiation with the Lukano Liberation Force...to return the prisoners in
exchange for their surrender.
-News end-
-Now on Astigos shore, night time-
SOLDIER 1:
(Go, go, go!)
SOLDIER 2:
What's going on?
SOLDIER 3:
We have an intruder!
SOLDIER 2:
The Lukano troops?
-Gun fires-

What happened?
-Alicia runs behind them and takes out the soldiers-

-Alicia is viewing from a distance with a scope-

-Alicia plants a C4 on a panel to open the door to a building-
-Door opens-
-A guard is hiding behind a wall across the hall-
-He jumps out-
GUARD:
Freeze!
-A smoke grenade rolls to his feet and explodes-
-Alicia takes him out and a few other guards coming running out-
-Alicia hacks their computer-
ALICIA:
So this is what they were hiding...
-Now Alicia is running in a town-
-Alicia stops and sees a couple of soldiers chatting-
-Alicia hiding behind a wall and looks at her watch-
SOLDIER 1:
...and there was hardly anything left in this town!...I mean this place was
boring...Nothin' goin' on!
-Flashback to an event that happened short before this-
-Alicia is in a room on her laptop-
???:
Your information is appreciated. I have sent in two of our best agents for
support. They will be landing on Marano Beach, rendezvous is at 0800 hours.
ALICIA:
Yes, sir. I'll head for the beach right away.
???:
We're transferring their profiles to you now. Unfortunately they left before we
could provide them informations about you. Currently we have no way of
contacting them.
-Back to the town scene-
-A huge explosion can be heard from the ocean-
SOLDIER 1:
What's that smoke?
ALICIA:
That must be them, I'd better hurry!
SOLDIER 2 (from radio):
We are engaged in combat with the VSSE. Requesting immediate reinforcement!
-Alicia tries to sneak up on the two soldiers-
-A third soldier sees her-
SOLDIER 3:
Hey!
-Alicia takes them all out-

-Alicia's driving and sees an aircraft flying past her-
-The aircraft drops a couple of bombs on top of a wreck ship-
-Alicia drives to the site-
ALICIA:
Jump! Hurry! There's not time, come on!
NAMELESS BOSS 1:
Say good bye!
-The boss fires a couple of missiles just as Alan and Wesley jumps down to the
jeep-
ALICIA:
He's on our tail!
-Alan and Wesley aims at the airplane-
-Alicia ready her gun in one hand while steering with the other hand-

ALICIA:

control room with the 4 tactical missiles-
GUARD:
(Freeze!)
-Guards surrounded all of them-
-The flashback then blends back to the scene with Alicia and Jake-
JAKE:
I was the only one that managed to escape.
ALICIA:
So Daniel is...
JAKE:
He's being held captive at that mountain top.
ALICIA:
He's still up there?
JAKE:
Yeah.
ALICIA:
Jake, will you come with me to rescue Daniel?
-A gun is drawn at Alicia-
ALICIA:
What are you doing?
JAKE:
A man can't live on just dreams and ideals.
-Jake takes Alicia's gun and tosses it to the ground-
JAKE:
Your brother was worth a lot of money.
-Alicia deliverys a side kick to Jake and runs for her gun-
-Jake attempts to shoot Alicia, but misses-
-Alicia fires back and knocks Jake's gun out of his hand, Matrix style-
-Jake runs away while soldiers appear-

-Alicia catches up with Jake and points her gun in front of his face-
ALICIA:
Is my brother still alive?
-Alicia fires off at the side of his head-
ALICIA:
Answer me!
-A jeep comes out from a corner nearly hitting Alicia-
-Jake gets in the jeep-
JAKE:
Go!
-The jeeps speeds away almost running over Alicia who was in the path of the
jeep, but misses her-
-Alicia looks at her watch-
ALICIA:
It's time...I have to get to the station.
-Station scene-
-A scene with the train beginning to move-
ALAN:
Alicia...she didn't make it!
WESLEY:
You sure about that?
ALICIA:
Alan! Wesley!
WESLEY:
C'mon hurry!
-Alicia runs after the train and jumps on the last cargo-
-Someone is watching them-
NAMELESS BOSS 2:
(Ha ha ha ha)

-A soldier lands behind Alicia and tries to attack her, but Alicia blocks with
her sniper rifle-
-While still holding the soldier off, Alicia fires off a shot and the shell of
the bullet hits the soldier in the face, stunning him-

-Jake happen to run into the cross fire between Daniel, Alicia, and their unit
against Zott's men-
JAKE:
Heh, keep it up guys. Once I get my money, I'm outta here.
ALICIA:
Jake!
DANIEL:
That double-crossing bastard!
-A tank comes crashing into the room they are in-
DANIEL:
You go after Jake! I'll deal with the tank.
ALICIA:
Okay!
-An aircraft is starting up-
JAKE:
Is everything ready?
SOLDIER:
Yes, sir!
ALICIA:
Jake!
JAKE:
Alicia...Don't ever quit, do you?
ALICIA:
You're not going anywhere!
-She fires but misses-
JAKE:
(Ha Ha Ha) Ha! With the money I'll make with this, I can go wherever I want!

-Aircraft is nearly destroyed, but is still able to move around in the hangar-
-Jake starts the warhead in the cargo of the plane with a device in his hand-
JAKE:
Damn you all! You're going down with me!
-Alicia ready her rifle-

-Alicia fires her rifle and hits the device, while killing Jake with the same
shot-
-Aircraft still going, rolls out of the hangar, and falls to the ocean below,
but not before it explodes-
-Alicia makes her way to Daniel and the others-

Daniel! Where are Alan and Wesley?
DANIEL:
They're still in there...
-From a distance, Daniel, Alicia, and their unit can see the control room
exploding-
-Daniel places his hand on Alicia's shoulder-
-Two figures are walking out of the destroyed building-
-Alicia runs half way and stops, then hugs the both men-
-Alan and Wesley are on a boat setting off away from Lukano-
ALAN:
Well the rest is up to them.
WESLEY:
Yeah, they'll be fine.
-Daniel adn Alicia watches them from a cliff as they sail off-

Now we've gotta mop up the remaining Zagorian force.

REPORTER:
Good evening. The Lukano government has announced that Astigos Island is
regaining control from the invading Zagorian Federation army. According to a
government spokesman, as of today the Lukano Liberation Force...has succeeded
in restroying control of 90% of the island back to the Lukano government. It
is has been reported that the Zagorian commander in Chief, General Giorgio
Zott was killed in action...during a major military campaign ten days ago.
While the people of Astigos Island celebrate...their freedom and peace after
one month of conflict, the remaining Zagorian troops are being forced to
retreat...by the Lukano Liberation Force, putting an end to this Mediterranean
crisis.

Characters Bio:
ALAN DUNAWAY:
A promising, fourth year operative. his remarkable ability to master new
skills has won him the respect of many senior VSSE agents. Even when faced
with seemingly hopeless situations, Alan is never one to give up, and he is
always positive and fearless. Alan is a natural leader and is always quick to
crack up a joke to liven up even the toughest missions.
WESLEY LAMBERT:
An operative who joined the VSSE at the same time as Alan. Wesley is a man of
many talents and holds a decorate in engineering. He is always ranked amongst
the best marksmanship and combat. Quiet and restrained by nature, Wesley is
known for his ability to carry out missions with a calm coolness. He does
have a warm side to him. Though Wesley's personality is the opposite of
Alan's, their accomplishments together as a team have earned them a great
reputation within the VSSE.
ALICIA WINSTON:
The younger sister of Daniel Winston and member of the Lukano Liberation
Army. She would happily take a position on the front lines to protect her
country Wanting to prove that a female could become a powerful fighting
force, she honed her sharpshooting skills and is now the best sniper in her
