I had that problem before but it's been a while...i think all i did was clean the game and
restart the mission. if this don't help try going off and doing another mission or going
to mindy in the ranch then go back and try it.

i can not do the tire tap . can somebody help me?

I had the same problem too lol i tried about 100 times but then I realised thaT i didnt
complete it right. When it says to hit the sprinkler thingies you have to hit them to it
has water coming out of it then hit it AGAIN till the whole thing comes off lol
