go to compstat push left then push l1+ r1 realy fast you should see compstat behind music
player then press right

right not left the first time srry and left the last time

How do u make the cars spawn??

go to the compstat/map menu
then quickly press and release L1+R1 then right on the d pad and then hold L1 +R1
if u did it correctly the music menu should appear over the compstat menu
now let go of L1+R1 and press left

I don't think you can spawn cars. Also, under random crime options, I was wondering if
there was a list of crime tiers? That way we could all control the crimes :)

If yes, then please tell me how, or how to replace existing ones? and how you open a pcf
file extension??
