no ****, iv been on it for 5 months and i have stopped playing...****ing rediculous

if you have rank 1 and all the up grades from the precinct armory, then its a little bit
eaiser to apprehend P. Lincoln. It took me 2 1/2 months to do it.(I used 1 or 2 cheat
codes before I did this mission) Here's how you do it, when you get up to P. Lincoln, use
the pillars as cover when he fires his gun. (HE HAS A MINIGUN SO BECAREFUL)His minigun
will destroy the corners of the pillar quick. Move to other pillars when he reloads his
gun(P. Lincoln reloads his gun quick, so you move marcus quick also). When you get to the
last pillar, take cover in front of it so you can use precision aim (if you dont have a
stun gun) press L1 to slow the recticle and get a presice shot and shoot his legs.

no need of stun guns or tranquilizer...be hidden behind the pillars in the end when
Lincoln fires a rotary cannon...the moment he reloades the gun , come out and go into
precision aiming n shoot at his leg when the reticule turns blue.lincoln will fall down n
then introgate him..

use the debug mode and set to no player damage
