To beat the Chameleon in the third level you must wait till the skulls
appear. Then dodge his attacks. then use Joe and slow mo and start
punching him. When he goes up the wall attack him before his creator
throws a cheeseburger. If he dodges is then you can replenish Joe or
Silvia life. When the creator throws the missiles use slow mo and send
them right back. Then he will die in no time.
